I had issues with my experience here. I did the online check-in and had to redo it because my license was rejected due to expiration, it should have alerted me to attach my current license. I had a problem with the room, there was no chair for my desk, I had to stand to do my computer work that evening, There were about 2 dozen chairs out front in the parking lot, I guess getting some Sunshine as disinfectant. I almost went and got one for my desk but they didn't leave one for my room. I was disappointed with the economy based breakfast, no eggs or meat. I completed a survey from the Microtel with a low rating, they replied asking for details, after an extensive set of texts they told me to contact the on-site property director to seek a refund. I called and asked to speak to the person and was told the person was busy and would call me back and 4 days later STILL haven't received a call back. I chose this place thinking it would be a cut above the lower priced options nearby, it was my worst travel decision in years. Follow up for customer service is LACKING and disappointing to say the least. Be careful when you set your expectations. I cannot recommend staying here for basically simple reasons. I offered them solutions to my issues. I am affronted by not even getting the courtesy of a returned call to speak to me. I expect to see the standard "automatic" reply to this "Sorry for your issues, please, give us another try. I don't see me trying another one.
