Good for a night's sleep, but nothing else.
The only thing good about this hotel is the service - the front desk staff is excellent. The room, however, is junky, the paint is peeling, all the lights are different color temperatures, the shower curtain is half the size it should be, the shampoo comes in a ketchup packet that's impossible to open with wet hands, the shower head is too low, there are no outlets where you need them. I traveled in a group - we got three rooms... mine was the only one with a fully working shower (one didn't work at all, the other had no hot water). If this is the least expensive hotel in the area, then it may be worth it. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

It was astounding to be treated with gracious hospitality both checking in and, especially, by the fine young man who gave us our coffee even though we missed breakfast! I've never seen such kindness. What a guy.

Nice outing with visiting grandkids. They wanted to go ziplining at nearby park so was very convenient. Nice pool and breakfast. Room comfortable and clean. Staff excellent

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Not what they said it was on Hotels.com . Ended up paying for it, didn't stay and checked into a great Hampton Inn down the road. Lots of sketchy looking people, Pitt bulls and absolutely filfthy.

Black out curtains, were chewed up or something and didnt fully cover the window. Shower liner too narrow to cover the tub end to end. Mattress very used, clearly worn out in the middle, dips in the center. Two pillows of poor quality/fill. TP holder looked like it had never been wiped/cleaned beforeā€¦gross substance on it. Got the sense that customers actually reside there given the trash, beer bottles, cigarettes butts, peanut shells we saw as walked to our room. Several cars parked at the property looked like they have not been moved in months. Would not stay here again, nor recommend it.

The room they gave me at first, the A/C was broken and it was 90 F outside after sunset. Staff switched me to another room, no quibbles, with working A/C. While it is convenient to I-5, it was far enough away the room was reasonably quiet. Nice basic place, lots of restaurant options within walking distance.
