On Expedia it said the rooms came with a mini fridge but there was no fridge. The room was dirty there was hand prints on the mirror and half used soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

it was the worse motel I have ever stayed at even the toilet seat in the bathroom was not attached it fell off when used. the attendant tryed to solve the issues however there was to many for him to take care of. He ddd great however in trying to get things taken care of. The spectrum tv service was the wors I have ever esxperienced in my whole life. It sucked and is not at all user friendly for the average. it sucked.

Bad room

The place doesn't tell you that they charge 50 extra for the deposit and the room plus he mess on the ceiling it looked like ketchup. Hopefully it was ketchup

When I went to the office to check in, the lady surprisingly informed me that my reservation was cancelled by the hotel due to shortage of staff！She said they called me but I nevet reveived the call at all.

Besides the place being much crappier than shown on the photos, I had originally paid to stay for 3 days and only ended up staying two, being PROMISED that I would get a refund. In the end, I never got a refund and they REFUSED to pick up the phone. $200 dollars gone.

We have no positive feedback about the property, the rooms and service because the room we reserved was not available at the check-in time. The person in the front desk told us no rooms were avaliable because someone in the housekeeping staff decided to walk out of the job. So he had no one avaliable to clean the rooms. He recommended that we call Expedia to cancel our reservation.

The bed and pillows are quite comfortable. The area is unsafe. I had someone knock on my room wanting to know why my disabled son was looking at them. I was going to extend our stay, but I'd rather sleep in the car. Safer.
