I usually like staying at Towne Place but this time was disappointing. We checked in around 930pm and had to wait for a staff member to clean the hallway to get to the elevator, and when the door opened there was something in the floor that was quickly sprayed and wiped up. We went in and it was clear someone had just been sick. The stinch was horrendous. It should’ve been stopped and sanitized, it was so bad. There was another elevator so I’m not sure why we were waived into that one by staff. We had a king room that was smaller than their usual king size, and the pullout couch butted up to the end of the bed so you couldn’t walk across the room to get to the bathroom if the couch was made into a bed. We have another trip planned at the end of the month and I’m considering looking elsewhere to stay. Disappointed for sure.

Good Choice

This is our second time staying. The location is very convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby. Easy and quick commute to downtown. The area is safe and clean. The facility is clean and well laid out. The pool and breakfast were good. The rooms are clean and well laid out but some surfaces are showing wear. The 2 bedroom units are a plus. The staff were very friendly and professional.
