Staff insisted they took cash only, even with a card reader on the counter. No atm. Kinda rude. Was not notified of this at time of booking. They have a $20 lost room key fee as well.

Credit card reader was not working, clerk demanded cash. I did not have cash so they put me on the street.Pool was non functional, half full of scum water. Exterior dirty and broken down. Makes me wonder about hotels.com Horrible experience

Checked in and the bathroom had pee in the toilet , there was a bar of soap open and used and left there and also the bed sheets smell nasty like if they just made the bed and didnt clean

They couldn’t find my reservation, the room they give me is was dirty, with a big hole on the bathroom ceiling, smells like humid. We ask for our money back they said no and they send us to another room. Same I had a hole on the bathroom wall, smelled humid. We ended up just staying somewhere else.

It was infested of bed bugs I went to check out and asked for a refund took them to the room and showed him the bed bugs and he still didn't give me a refund or my receipt WTH

Hotel Hell

If you stay here be prepare to used cash because it's $10 extra if you use a credit card. You have to leave a $20 deposit. The pictures you see online is not what you see in the room. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend anyone to stay here. No hot water, no heater , remote to TV didn't work. Had to change the channel manually. Had a office chair to sit in which was dirty. Mini fridge not working. I need a total refund.
