I was not able to pay in cash. When I got to the room there were eyelash strips on the table next to the bed. The bed was very stiff and the pillows were thin.

Absolutely nothing provided in the room, no water, no coffee, nothing. For 4 ppl, only 3 towels were provided. Very poor facility for the price paid.

Although the property was clean, there were little to no ammenities. There was a place to hang clothes, but no hangers, there was "do not disturb" signs for the door. There was no hand towels and when I asked about this I was told what I saw was what I got. There was no hair dryer and very minimal toiletries, shampoo but no conditioner. Because I had dogs I thought they would put me on the bottom floor and when they didn't and I asked for a bottom floor room, I was told by the same person that they could not do this, I had to go through Expedia again and change my reservation. Places for dog relief were satisfactory. Needless to say I will not be using their facility again.

Bare bones… awful service

Rude awful scammers. Wanted to charge me 250 dep for my figs when the lady next door had three dogs and no deposit! It’s an extended stay that doesn’t give pots, pans. Silverware, coffee, cups… NOTHING!!!I left and didn’t spend the night. Never got my deposit back. Place smelled. My window was open in my room and lumpy mattress. Bars hotel, no amenities. The fees cost more than the rooms. Worse place ever!!!!

The Room was Clean and you need to trade in your Towels if you want fresh one. Hotel policy.. The room had a Kitchenet. and the AC worked great.
