Beautiful hotel, great breakfast and wonderful personal

Helpful staff and excellent location…

The hotel location is great. Excellent breakfast and fabulous staff! It will be great if they had an open lounge with entertainment or real restaurant with more life in general.

The property is nice location and big, traveling from USA, standard are not met. Staff were nice, the rules are strict. Amenities such as swimming pool, which was very nice, but we had to pay daily or we should have booked the deluxe room otherwise we couldn’t use it. The cleanness of rooms and whole hotel were ok. I would rate that 3 out of 5 .

Do not let the “lobby” influence your opinion of this property. The location is fantastic, the room was fantastic, the entire experience could not have been better. This is number 1 on our list to stay when we return to Budapest!!!

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help you. The free breakfast food was delicious. I don’t think I have ever been more pleased with a hotel and I have stayed in many. I cannot recommend it enough. Just a fantastic stay! Also the absolute perfect location.

I stayed one night at hotel rum, everything was clean and appeared to be well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable! Communication with the hotel prior to check-in was quick and efficient.
