very welcoming and helpful staff; daily room cleaning;

We only stayed 1 night so the location of the hotel was excellent and put us right in the square of the old town. We were allowed to check in early which was very helpful. Our room was very clean and I would definitely revisit.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in our stay was so amazing! Especially for all our early tours! It's in a very central area, everywhere is walkable! Would definitely stay here again

It’s a comfortable and modern facility. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. They don’t have a free shuttle and I told them to change that on their website. They charge more than a uber price for providing airport transportation so I took an uber. The breakfast was expensive and is not included in the room price.

Do not stay here! This accommodation is awful! It should not be rented out as it was in a right state. There is damp everywhere, on the ceilings and even the wallpaper was coming away from the wall. The boiler had a bowl underneath to catch water that was dripping. The bathroom had broken tiles, mould and dirt around the edge inside the shower. The bedding was old and bobbly. The tv remote was held together with gaffer tape which also had a lump of chewing gum stuck on it too. Yuck! There were cobwebs everywhere. We arrived when it was dark and there were no lights on to see where we were going so had to use our torch. The outside area is not well kept and is messy. The list could go on. The pictures on the website do not look how it looks now. These were obviously taken a very long time ago as it’s all now very worn and not been maintained at all! It was that bad, we had to book to stay elsewhere for the rest of our time in Bucharest.

הכל טוב מאוד מיקום לא משהו איזור ישן 10 דקות הליכה למרכז

I don't want to recommend this place as it will then become very popular and I will then have to find somewhere else! Clean, comfortable and in the heart of the city proper. If you're aum is to be near the old town then its not for you. If however you want to be in the heart of the cool part then this is for you.
