The hotel is nice enough, and in a decent location to have quick access to Galway. We requested a king room; we’re not sure why there was a king bed plus two other single beds in our room. That wasn’t a problem, but it was very odd. One big item that made us quite unhappy: a total lack of hot water for a morning shower. I can only assume that too many people are getting ready and their hot water just can’t keep up. It was not a pleasant surprise and staff didn’t really seem to care too much. Also, be aware the parking lot in front of the building is very limited, and with very tight spaces. There may be more parking in the back; we didn’t need to check.

An Absolutely Magical Stay My husband and I stayed at Armada House while visiting Spanish Point, and our experience was absolutely incredible. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a sea-view room with a beautiful copper tub, which was such a luxurious touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were wonderful, and every detail felt thoughtfully considered. Breakfast was truly out of this world! Our entire stay was phenomenal and felt genuinely magical. We highly recommend Armada House—it is absolutely worth it. If we are ever back in this part of Ireland, we will definitely stay here again!

Plenty of room, clean and easy walk to pubs!

Staff were friendly. We had purchased seaside suite and the views on Expedia were not same as we experienced. Half of room faced hotel parking lot. Other half gave partial view of ocean. It was advertised as full view of ocean. Price we paid did not match room we received. Breakfast was amazing with full service and hot/cold options. Had seat facing sea and it was beautiful. Grounds in back sit right on ocean inlet which was stunning. Great location near cliffs of MOHER.

Hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Room was beautiful and bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful! Food tasty, beers cold. Lovely hotel.

Easy parking, nice rooms, the restaurant on premise is great, the breakfast was fantastic, the only downside is no refrigerator in the hotel room, so if you're there for a long stay and want to keep snacks cold you won't be able to. The access to Dromoland's walkways was a real highlight and it's a great location for getting to the towns and villages around the area. We will definitely be staying here again, very happily!
