O quarto estava sem toalhas, tive que pedir na recepção. Me entregaram uma toalha de banho e uma de piso, que não estavam empacotadas. Travesseiro com manchas pretas. Luzes de cabeceira precisam de manutenção... O frigobar estava vazio. Ao questionar, fui informado de que é tudo comprado no bar. Porém, o frigobar desliga junto com toda a energia do quarto, o que não permite manter alimentos e bebidas em temperatura boa. Além disso, acredito que precise de manutenção, pois está fazendo muito barulho à noite. Tive que desligar da tomada (quarto 1050). O serviço de diária do carro me deixou desconfortável quanto à segurança e preservação do meu veículo. O manobrista desceu rápido, freio bruscamente, puxou o freio de mão forte, saiu do veículo e nem me entregou a chave. Simplesmente saiu. Não que tivesse que falar muita coisa. Mas, pelo menos, descer uma rampa devagar e estacionar o veículo do cliente de modo normal, é esperado. E um "Boa viagem, amigo. Aqui está sua chave." é um sinal de educação e cortesia. O atendimento dos profissionais foi muito bom. O café da manhã também.

Excelente. Tudo limpinho, confortável, vista linda, bem localizado. Só achei a piscina pequena pra a quantidade de hóspedes que tem no hotel, e o estacionamento bem caro (40 reais a diária). No geral, voltaria.
