It was very convenient as it was only 1.5 miles from where my conference was being held. Parking was congested but manageable. only complaint was there was a lot of hair left in the shower, so i wonder how well it was cleaned before or if it was cleaned. rest of the suite was spotless.

The room, which included a kitchenette, was nice but small (which was important because the hotel does not serve breakfast). The staff was nice. The location seemed fine. However, the other residents not so much. Dirty laundry was found in the hallway, they only clean the rooms once a week, the outdoor grill area (close to 1st floor rooms) was frequented by raucous patrons, and there was a rather loud verbal domestic dispute in the parking lot (which ended in engine-revving rubber-burning doughnuts in the parking lot).

This place was amazing! We stayed for a few nights for a lacrosse tournament, and we had a great experience. The hotel is new and very clean, the receptionist was friendly and offered recommendations, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Other than the dirty tub and hair that was left in the tub. The steak would have been great and I was assured that I get a late checkout at 1230, but the cleaning crew kept knocking on the door starting at 10:45 every 20 minutes. That was an inconvenience. I have been waiting for the picture to upload.But I am having technical difficulty
