Hotel generally is fine, and it is downtown Baltimore, so that is that. My room had an air conditioning fan that was the loudest I've ever heard. It was like a leaf blower or industrial fan. The settings were on or off - no low. Impossible to sleep with air on. Pretty much a deal breaker if I had to use it. Kitchen is very nice.

Good value for the location
Overall a good stay which was very convenient for my business meeting. Cons - hotel is not marked at all except for one approx 1 sq ft sign by the door - very hard to find at night. Front loading zone is also not well-marked, so not at all inviting. I had to call for directions because the entrance is not identifiable. Parking is offsite about 1.5 blocks away. My view was of a block wall. Pros: Clean, well-appointed room, including full kitchen, parking is nonetheless easy and convenient, 15 minute parking in front of hotel. Very friendly staff. Extremely good value.

My stay was great the hotel had a mini kitchen. We were able to save some money and cook our own food. The hotel employees were helpful and polite and professional and courteous we will definitely stay there again in the future.
