Plane arrived at 11:30 PM There was no shuttle and no one was answering the phone line. It made late flight a bad experience. You should put in your ad that shuttle ends at midnight.

Air conditioner did not work. Thought I would open the fridge and get some cold air. Nah. Fridge didn’t work either. It was late when we checked in and left early for a flight so no real attempt to get it fixed. Maybe they are responsive. Idk. Carpet also seemed wet. Room smelled musty. Maybe the a/c was leaking water on the floor?

Everything went fine, except for the tub and the the sink were backed up bad especially the sink Hair jar didn’t work, but it was replaced… the bed seem kinda uncomfortable this time and I usually come up and stay like every other month and days at a time especially around Christmas time I’ve had a little problems here and there

Bed had large wet spot under the "clean" bed covers. Front desk would not answer. Staff offered no apology for disgusting bed but acted like this is a normal occurrence. Smell of pot hit you in face when entering building and strong in the halls. No staff was available at front desk to checkout. Awful night!

The room was clean and spacious. My only complaints are with the bathroom. The tub was in rough shape and needed to be replaced or re-glazed. And the bath water had a brown tint, so we were not comfortable taking a bath or shower.
