Clean, comfortable bed, restaurant right next door, quick free shuttle to BWI, able to pay to leave our car at the hotel for the week (much less expensive than airport garage).

Staff was great and room was clean and actually smelled nice when i walked in. Only thing that bothered me was they could have put a little frabric softener in the towels. They were rough on the skin.

On arrival there was no shampoo in the dispenser. We notified the front desk and were told that someone would bring shampoo. The next day we had to ask a second time to please have shampoo, which then was taken care of. Also, the coffee maker in the room did not work. I notified the staff and hope that they replaced it for the next renters. However, our room was clean and neat.

ROOM # 310 Don't BOOK Needs Attention
We arrived and was greeted and given our room Number 310 and key card Room 310 needs Attention the Carpets were bucketed in several locations with in the room "trip and fall hazards, the carpet was visalable Stained near refrigerator the left side light near bed was broken not working even after changing the bulb, the wooden furniture surface was beaten and someone drill holds in it ,One of the Curtain Rods for pulling the Curtains close was missing this room needs some Attention. I brought this to the attention of the front desk this morning and when I mentioned Room # 310 the desk clerk smiled with a light laugh and replied "Oh yes Room# 310 we know need some attention " with a smile on his face . Question what kind of place books rooms in this kind of Condition ??? I have some Pictures.

The shuttle was a no show. The reason for selecting this hotel was due to the shuttle service to the airport. Due to the no show, it put my husband twenty minutes behind. This is a major stress when you are trying to make your flight.

Had to move rooms yesterday as HVAC, toilet seat, TV, clock, no regular coffee in room, wake-up call system —all dysfunctional. I reported this to 2 staff (Terrell, Barnabas, housekeeping, a female & a manager. Last night general property manager was contacted (who failed to contact me or do anything to resolve situation having some of same issues in 2nd room). No one wears name tags some done give you their name. Elevator often stops 5inches above/below floor (dangerous). Breakfast Biscuits pretty good. No effective supervision of loyal housekeeping & maintenance staff. General manager appears to care less. NEVER got my wake-up calls today/yesterday got awakened 1hour early. Clocks not set correctly & one needs a screwdriver to reset them. Property manager is failing to supervise maintenance & housekeeping staff. Downgrade rating to 1.5 Stars. Requesting Refund or will contact Corporate. Did not receive services or good for which I paid.
