It was disgusting and very disappointing!! I've stayed here before in the past,this is not the experience I was expecting!! I'm not even close to exaggerating . I wish I could get every single cent I paid for that nasty trifling room. I honestly wouldn't put my worst enemy in there!!
My boyfriend and I wanted a peaceful/enjoyable/relaxing night out away from the kids. I booked a room with a jacuzzi through your website. I get to the hotel room no jacuzzi, roaches crawling and smelled like a wet animal. Makes complaint gets upgraded to a jacuzzi room, room was filthy except for the bed. Blood in curtains and ceiling. Dirt and stains all throughout. Only 1 jet worked in the jacuzzi. Random bugs sporadically appearing. The front desk agent informed me there would be an issue with getting a refund so we stayed. Very disappointed, very unhygienic, very trifling and disgusting. Outdated space. Definitely will not visit again.
I got a basic king room at this hotel and when I tell you that the inside of the room beyond terrible, that is too good of a statement. The receptionist was very nice. Unfortunately, that is where the nice ends. PLEASE RENOVATE THIS HOTEL!!!!
This is my go to hotel when I want to get away but still be close to home. The jacuzzi suite rm 124 definitely needs to be renovated if the company is going to charge so much per night. What I paid for a weekend in the room was not not worth it. Everything in the room needs to be replaced. The jets halfway work if at all, no pressure when you have to fill the tub so it takes forever to fill. The hole in the ceiling with the plastic covering it etc. The first room I’ve had that wasn’t as good as their other rooms.
