Overall the hotel was nice. It’s an older hotel but has been updated. Beds were comfortable and shower was great. Only negatives were the toilet needs some attention-it rocks back and forth when you sit on it, and there was a hole in the bed sheet. Also a usb outlet to charge my phone would have been great. Other than that, overall decent stay.

This was easily one of my best stays, and I travel frequently. I drive a large high roof cargo van and had no issues with parking. The staff was truly exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and responsive. I think the AC actually worked, but it's hard to say since I stayed during a colder season. The room was very clean and modern. Some cabinets were damaged, but that did not impact my stay. This may be where I stay when I'm working in the area from now on.

This was the second time I’ve come through Laurel this year and stayed here both times. I can’t imagine wanting to go to another property when I’m in Laurel. The breakfast was beyond excellent.

Where do I start. The room had light bulbs out, phone was unplugged, tv was unplugged, had to call to get furniture moved so it could be plugged in. The toilet - first night it would not stop “draining”. The second night it overflowed at 10p-1a, only to be told there was no maintenance staff on site. It leaked all over and had raw sewage in my room, and the hotel refused to address it. Finally the fire department came to turn off the water in the toilet. Walls were paper thin, you could hear guests arguing and TVs playing, then I heard right through from upstairs room, that their shower was overflowing. The hotel has issues with their pipes. Save your money and hassle. Worst Hilton property on the East coast and their night shift desk staff is threatening.
