This was my second stay here. Very clean, friendly staff, delicious cookies, and easy check in process. Great quality for the price. Elevator stopped working late at night which was a bit inconvenient since we stayed on the 7th floor so that was a tedious hike but can’t complain because it wasn’t the staff’s fault. The maintenance man was already on it first thing in the morning.

When I surfed in Expedia, Double Tree had $130 per night (I didn't ask cheap room). I reserved a room for 1 night. After I check-in the room, realized why it was so cheap. It seemed the room was converted from utility room. It even didn't have digital clock, wallpaper was torn, and restroom was not cleaned. Lobby was loud and crowded. It was terrible room I've ever visited.
