The room looked like the picture, but with a twist. Let me start by saying the woman working from desk was very polite and helpful. I have zero complaints on her service! As far as the room, it needs to be redone. The couch was ripped up and had stuffing falling out. The kitchen drawers were filthy. There was a strange odor in the room like musty and old. The shower had black marks and paint chips. When I tried turning on the faucet the water kept cutting on and off but I only turned it one way. The bed, however did seem clean. White sheets and tucked very tight. Would not recommend.

The rooms are very dated. It looks new from the outside but rooms are from the 80's and they are not clean.

The front desk clerk was unable to check us in and after 40 minutes of her trying we left. There was another guest sitting in the lobby waiting as well who said she waited 90 minutes and was finally checked in but her key didn’t open the room. It was after midnight when we left and there were children running around in the hall and the clerk answered two phone calls with noise complaints while trying to check us in. Would NOT stay here.

I had to cancel my reservation right after I checked in because my lady noticed a bed bug soon as we got in the room. The carpets from the elevator through the hallways and to the room smell horrible. The managers were adequate with my concerns but it was after showing them the recording of the bugs.

It's oudated rooms. The money is not worth the price.I reserved two rooms, the first room the receptionist gave us the room was dirty the bed was not kept. The hallways smells like Marijuana. It looks like they use this to house some homeless people. I won't ever recommend this place.
