I was unable to use the room phone and television, because of no instructions for them. According to the desk staff, housekeeping staff were supposed to leave instructions in plain sight, but they were not in sight and not in drawers. The phone may have been broken, because it didn't even produce a dial tone when I picked it up.

I had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The pool was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully kept, making it easy to feel right at home. The bathroom was hands-down my favorite part—modern, spotless, and well designed with great lighting and plenty of space. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this property. Overall, this was a top-tier experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. The check-in was great and we had had no issues at all. The parking was well lit and the breakfast was satisfying. Overall, an excellent choice so close to the Bayview campus.

We stayed one night. The room was very clean, the breakfast was fantastic, the staff was super friendly, was in close proximity to Bayview Hospital, and it was so nice that parking was free. Would definitely recommend.

Room was clean with many parts newly renovated however, the rest of the floor was in full renovations and they were sanding in the hallways without ventilation nor dust barriers, we exited our room to huge dust clouds, and there were open paint cans the night before which made the smell of paint overtake our room. In the future guests should not walk through dust clouds of wall sanding and have paint fumes wafting in!
