The staff was very friendly. Property was a little dated and in the middle of a busy shopping center, but our stay was fine. The hotel was quiet and clean.
Possibly the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The hotel is rundown with broken and damaged furniture. Front desk staff acted like I was bothering them when I arrived to check in. Hallways smell like smoke, pot and urine. Very little parking and no lighting so walking a long distance in the sketchy area was not fun. A fight broke out on the floor above me at 3 am. I called the front desk 3 times- no answer. One man in front of me at check-out complained that he was given a room key to an already occupied room. Just awful.
This time much better. We had hot water and the shower was good. Our bed was very comfortable. The hallway is extremely hot in temperature, but we were located across from the elevator.
The persons at the front desk were very polite and professional.

The stay was ok beds were comfortable, room was old, we were placed by the supply room. We were awakened by someone slamming the door several times at 345am then 5 min. Later we her a loud tumbling noise form the same room, when to check out and meet the rudeness person at any hotel we have stayed, we make 6 trip a year and first time using Hampton inn not hsppy

A bit old but well worth the price. Clean and good breakfast. A proper Hampton Inn
The house keeper open the door twice on the day of check out as early as 9am.things could have gone worst if the door was. Ot secured at the back. My incidental card for $50 deposit was charge multiple times with different amount.
Do not recommend this hotel at all. It’s attached to the end of a strip mall. Very noisy. No place to park except for strip mall parking lot and that felt very unsafe. Bums sleeping on the benches in front of the hotel. No gym, no pool. Hotel in desperate need of updates. Very Disappointing for a Hilton property.
