Terrible. Bed was terrible. Booked suite bc i was traveling with children. There werent enough pillows or blankets in the room for all the beds. Some of the furniture was falling apart and looked like it had been DIY'd too many times. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Maids were holding the elevators open on the floors they were cleaning, so the wait was very long, quicker to take steps. I could not check in on time and told i would have to wait 30 mins. I was told i could not receive any money back for the inconvenience because i booked through Expedia. I will not be booking through Expedia again and will not be staying with Hilton anymore.
I love to walk in my room and see my name on the tv that was cool but the mattresses were hard on my back so i didnt sleep very well i like a soft mattress but other then that i will keep coming to ur hotel for the future vacations

The hotel was in a decent location. It is near a lot of shopping, and restaurants. The check in process was simple and easy. The really big issue is they have bed bugs. My family of 4 was bitten, EVERYONE! Othewise it would have been a decent stay.
Small room, but clean and everything worked. Shower head could have been better and one time the water wasn’t really hot. Most of the time it was good though.
If you don’t have a car, be advised that while public transit is safe it does take awhile. So you’ll probably want to Lyft. But there are plenty of grocery stores, target, etc walking distance.
