We came for an event and the hotel was located right where we needed to be. Room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking and may great restaurants near by. Would stay again.

How do I not get the room I booked and paid for in advance? Supposed to be a king bed but they said it was sold out. Gave us 2 queens. No plugs by the beds Low Water pressure in shower

Horrible service.

The front desk receptionist was rude, and unwelcoming. The room I booked was no longer available and the hotel was sold out. After a 15 hour drive and arriving at midnight (which was stated in the initial booking). Very disappointed that a Hilton honors member was treated this way!
