There was little water pressure in the shower. The pillows were sub standard. The bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The refrigerator was not functional. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

The room was spacious and the stall shower was great. I’m not a fan of pump soap dispensers but I suspect that the cleaning staff is. The TV was great, but the inability to move the chair was not.

Facilities were good but I rated a 4 because Expedia says dog fee is $50, but they said it is $75 and things hadn’t been corrected. This was a bummer because I made a hotel choice bc of the dog fee. I could have gone to several others that listed fee was $75.

My first room had a very unpleasant odor, so I asked the front desk to move me. They were polite and changed my room right away, which I appreciated. However, the hallways also had a strong bad smell that made the overall experience uncomfortable. The staff was helpful, but the hotel really needs to address the cleanliness and air quality issues.
