We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We chose to stay here instead of staying in Baltimore, and we felt extremely safe — a decision we’re glad we made!

Service

No gel in the dispenser upon arrival. Only the roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, had to call housekeeping to get another roll. Our last night we had to go down to the front desk to get toilet paper, she said, I don't have any have to go upstairs to get some, my husband said, please do. Asked housekeeping in the hallway the next morning, no English she had to do translation on her phone, handed us Kleenex. What the heck?
