Me and my husband got stuck on the elevator for 30 mins to a hour & the elevator dropped and started smoking me and my husband had to get on the ground and the fire department had to come get us out

Night time front desk need re-training

Room was completely fine and what I paid for. But front desk service needs re-training for their night time personnel handling the desk. First night checking in the lady was very non-attentive and did not greet us or anything. Second night we had to walk back from the bus station because we could not reach the front desk for the shuttle service that was provided by them for whatever reason. It was always the night time front desk personnel that gave us all the issues.
