Above ALL the staff were amazing, in my career as airline crew I have stayed in 5* hotels… it’s not the fluffy towels or six types of coffee in the room, it’s how the staff make you feel. What a surprise that what I thought would be an average airport stay would be such a pleasure. All the staff, reception, bar, breakfast and especially the airport transfer lady

Great start to family trip

We just stayed the night before leaving on our family trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus was on time and ready to go and dropped us right where we needed to be.

Not Holiday Inn level.

The staff all look sad/angry and not welcoming. Had to call twice for pickup from BWI. Stood behind a large group to check in and desk clerk never acknowledged me or said hello, even when clear the large group was just hanging around blocking the check in desk. Restaurant hours not explained, breakfast bar no “hello/welcome” plus no utensils, coffee empty at 7 AM. Staff acted bothered when asked for utensils. Tub in the room leaked. Clerk at checkout did apologize and offered complimentary snack and drink. That clerk should lead the staff in hospitality training. Paying customers should at least be welcomed and appreciated not treated like a nuisance.

We were just there overnight due to a flight issue. But very friendly staff. Room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was $2.00 when you reserve your room. Well worth it.
