My stay at the Holiday Inn near BWI Airport was marked by exceptional service amidst a noticeably aged environment. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast, were consistently friendly, helpful, and proactive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. However, the hotel's physical condition detracted from the experience. The dated décor, worn furnishings, and a general lack of freshness contributed to a somewhat "dirty and tanned" feel. While the staff's efforts were outstanding, the aging infrastructure and apparent lack of thorough cleanliness were noticeable. In summary, the Holiday Inn BWI boasts truly excellent and dedicated staff. However, potential guests should be aware that the hotel's physical appearance is dated and in need of significant renovation to match the high level of service provided.

Great overnight stay

We stayed here one night before a cruise. Airport shuttle was great. We did not have to wait very long at the airport for the shuttle..Hotel front desk was very friendly. Nice big room and was very clean. Look forward to staying here again.
