The manager, Jason, was very hospitable and welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. All staff members were very friendly especially housekeeping, I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

It was amazing! Greatest staff ever! From the shuttle service to the front desk and housekeeping all had wonderful customer service. The Elevation served excellent food with excellent hospitality. Great trip!

Holiday Inn is dependable as usual. A safe, clean space to stay, very convenient location near BWI and AMTRAK. But the shower was terrible, not enough water coming out of it. And after spending a very cold night they had to send a maintenance man up to get the heat flowing.
