Great Hotel Experience, Affordable
Comfortable, very clean room. Staff all kind and helpful, even brought our door dash dinner up to the room for us. Free breakfast was more than just cereal and muffins. Quite tasty omelettes, French toast and two types of sausage as well. Need to get a room for tonight also, unexpectedly. Will definitely be trying to stay here again. Very nice hotel experience!!

I did not enjoy my stay at Holiday in stadium one you got to pay for parking and you are staying on there hotel not the way you treat a customer! And was not told till I got there. Second the room were dirty they made these towel design and they were yellow like they been there for a while. It seemed ran down like they are trying to keep up with the cost of ruining the hotel. Very noisy you can hear everything through the walls and hallway the door in side the bathroom was missing the lock thank god it was just us guys but if our wives were there they would have found it more unacceptable. I thought I would try this hotel but I think I will go back to the double tree where I stayed twice and was treated like a family member did not have to pay for parking and get a free shuttle to places and they greeted you every time like um they wanted you there ! Holiday inn express big fail !

Front desk was extremely helpful and super friendly, location was so clean (we were all very impressed), breakfast was a still available after we all slept in. But, the shower never got hot, barely even warm and the heat was not easily regulated, the room was either hot or cold. I should’ve contacted front desk but we really only slept and tried to shower there. We went to the Ravens/Browns game, Horseshoe, and visited several local restaurants during our stay. Had a wonderful time!!

The stay overall was great for a one night after a Ravens win. The only issues I had was, there was a loud buzzing noise off and on all night due to either the outside gate or heater. Obviously it was freezing out but the breakfast area was almost too cold to sit in and enjoy.

Very nice people, clean but they charge $30 to park and the mattress was hard and lumpy. They say they are brand new but I’d advise to take mattress topper. I think I might have only slept combined 2 hours and I’m so tired
