The heat was worked well. comfortable temperature. The front desk staff at check in and departure could have tried to be more friendly. when I walked in after midnight, the staff was sitting on a bench by the door and got up when I approached front desk. The clerk on departure stood around looking at computer and never gestured or said hello. the food was good and temperature was just right. I stayed ibn the 6th floor was was appropriate for me.

I have stayed at this hotel since it first opened, whenever I come to Catonsville. It was wonderful those many years ago. Now it is just OK. The people at the front desk are AMAZING, I'll say that first off. The cleaning staff needs better training-like to stop vacuuming while people in the lobby are talking. The most disappointing part of my stay was the Free Breakfast. The breakfast is good if you're there for a day or 2. Any longer it's unbearable. Folded American cheese omelet, dry turkey sausage patty, pork link disgusting biscuits and gravy. Same thing every day. And lots of sweet rolls, muffins, bagels to make up for the fact they have a sign saying "pancakes here" but no pancakes. All of this was made worse by a man from the kitchen staff who sat in the dining area the whole time, staring at people as they ate, monitoring what they took? The carpets need to be replaced with manufactured hardwoods. Carpet in my room was dirty. But as I said the front desk people and the ones cleaning my room were very good. Mostly everything else, no.

Looks nothing like picture online It says its in a park but its surrounded by concrete Inside is in disrepair, peeling wall paper, loose fixtures, light bulbs missing, lights didn't work, cigarette burns in bathroom, old electrical, cable is trash and no programming guide.

The room was clean and didn’t smell. It seemed fairly updated and comfortable. The shower had lot of hot water and it came out at a strong pace. Our room was quiet, except for the AC was a little noisey. We were on the fourth floor and didn’t hear any traffic. We were leaving at 6:00 AM Before 6:30 Breakfast, and they allowed us to grab a couple of muffins on our way out. Since we were on a tight schedule, that really helped us out that day. The muffins weren’t fabulous, but did the trick. I choose hotels, when possible based on their ability to provide breakfast with the stay. I wish all hotels that provide breakfast, had some food available for those who leave early. Not everyone wants to hang around the hotel until 6:30 or 7:00 and Grab and Go food could really make someone’s day.

We used the room to sleep and shower as we were in town visiting a friend that lived 3 min away for her birthday. I did like the Dove soap in the room. The room was very clean, towels white and fresh, and staff were friendly. The breakfast wasn’t too bad either! Overall a good stay and would definitely recommend for a quick short stay
