This is my go to hotel yearly for a music festival and the General Manager is amazing. I will say I appreciate she is training younger staff and giving them a chance which not too many people do as much these days. With this might come some difficulty in dealing with situations. I did have a few things happen that weren't so good due to lack of communication. I'm pretty even keel, but did end up quite upset on one outing. This is because transportation is provided but things weren't clear and so I was outside for quite some time on two separate occasions. A suggestion might be just as there are set times to take the shuttle, that the guest be made aware exactly where the pick up or drop off area is. In my case I have an invisible illness and was waiting for a long time. Letting me know an ETA would have been good and because I used UBER quite a bit on the trip already, I was looking forward to using the shuttle. There was one mix up when I called down, because my room clock actually had the wrong time and the other where I waited quite some time and ended up taking an Uber. I respect all of the staff that work there and am always kind and courteous and grateful. I hope these glitches can be worked out because the shuttle is great for the mall runs or to go to a restaurant.
