The television was not working in the room for the entire stay. The front desk was notified immediately of the situation. They brought a new remote control without batteries. When returned the swap given was the original remote and it still didn't work. The front desk was notify again of the situation and was informed the engineer would arrive in 20 minutes and would come see about the issue. No one ever showed. The entire night the television displayed a Welcome {Name} without a picture. The glow from the screen stayed on unless you unplugged the entire television. I informed the front desk again prior to checkout and was told the manager would not arrive on the property until 3:00. Left my name, room # and phone number. No one reached out. Will not return to this property again. Nothing was done for the inconvenience.

This was a pleasant stay for my wife and I. We’ve been in 5 star hotels but gave a 3.5-4 rating, this hotel we would give a 10 rating!! We loved the front desk customer service ( OUTSTANDING )!! Food was delicious . Room was clean cozy and well kept! We felt extremely comfortable at the Home2 suites by Hilton Owings Mills! THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!
