I arrived at the hotel at 1am and they told me they had no room for me and that Expedia overbooked their rooms. They didn’t even offer me a ride to the airport or to stay in the lobby while I figured out where I was going to go. I’m not sure if it was a mistake on their end or Expedia but either way they did not help me when I was in need of a place to stay. It was snowing outside and they left me out to dry.

Amazing staff from check-in to asking for more hot water. They have free hot chocolate, tea and coffee 24/7, which was a nice added feature. Will definitely recommend this location again. Well done!

A wonderful stay after a long journey

The staff were excellent, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers. The hotel itself was spotless, the breakfast was wonderful, and the room was comfortable and had many amenities. After a long journey, it was a welcome bit of pampering. Thank you! I'll be back.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and very polite. Dani the front desk lady was phenomenal, you can tell she loves her job because she wants the guests to have an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast and bar access are a nice addition, and it was very quiet/peaceful. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Baltimore.

From Check in to check out...2 rooms (1 upgrade) ...everything was Excellent! Rooms were clean, spacious and even quiet near the elevator, the kitchen was a great additions well! Front desk staff was outstanding, friendly and accommodating, went out their way to make the stay outstanding. 10 out 10 recommend.

There’s a Hyatt nearby with a similar name and Uber driver took me there. Did not realize until tried to check in. Hotel staff was kind enough to have their shuttle take me over to the right Hyatt. This Hyatt was fine and nice place to stay.

The parking lot was almost completely covered with snow. It had recently snowed 7 days prior but it should have been cleared a lot better than it was. I had forgotten a razor and there were none to be purchased at the hotel store. They used to be free at probably a cost of .25 cents to the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was not good at all. The bar/lounge area lacked atmosphere compared to the bar across the street at the Doubletree. The hotel was very clean as expected with it being so new. Though it is not as new, we would likely stay at the Doubletree on our next visit.
