Staff were professional, respectful, helpful, friendly and polite. Property was also to our expectations. Only slight/minimal comment we had was the curtain/blinds in our room (411). It was uneven and lose on one side (left side) so it was bulking (opening).

Pros/cons

The breakfast was not good. The pillows were the worst I have ever experienced. You have to go down to the front desk in the lobby to sign up for a pool time and get the pool key. They had spotty internet service so we couldn’t stream any services. The area is great! It’s in Little Italy there are a ton of places to grab food and drinks. It is also a 15 minute walk to the Inner Harbor. The staff was also super polite and the valet was efficient. There were definitely pros and cons, but I would not stay here again.

Loved it here! Felt so safe, the staff was so nice, the breakfast wasn't great but not too bad, the rooms were nice and spacious and the air conditioning was amazing. would definitely be back.

Hotel com ótima localização e possível fazer os principais pontos turismos a pé, ficamos apenas uma noite. Pontos negativos, aceitam animais, quarto de carpete escuro e estava com cheiro ruim, não havia janelas anti ruídos, ficamos em um quarto onde havia muito barulho de carros a noite e os travesseiros não eram confortáveis.

Digital check-in and check-out did not work for me, so I had to use the front desk both times. Valet parking was so convenient and the staff so friendly and accommodating. The facilities were very nice and the location is so convenient to everything we wanted to do. The front desk staff was exceptional under harrowing circumstances - we arrived early, knowing our room would probably not be ready. That was fine; she proceeded with check-in and I was told I would receive a text when the room was ready. She tagged and stored our luggage for us. We arrived back at 4 pm (the advertised check-in time) to a lobby filled to overflowing with people waiting to check-in, all being told "rooms still being cleaned, not ready". Again, the desk staff was phenomenal, even as they were being screamed and yelled at. People started getting dressed in the lobby bathroom because of dinner reservations and other places they needed to be ready for. At 5 pm, I was still waiting in the lobby. Finally at 5:10 pm, the desk clerk who had checked us in originally looked over and asked, "You're still waiting for your room?" Upon hearing that yes, we were still waiting, she immediately found us a room. Whether it was our original room or not, I don't know. I only know she was kind, considerate, so apologetic, and everything you would hope a front desk administrator would be when things are not going as planned. Even with the check-in fiasco, I would most DEFINITELY stay there again.
