Baltimore Inner Harbor

Clean hotel, friendly staff, they don’t have much parking but there is a valet that will greet you at the entrance. Quiet, clean and easy access to Whole Foods and pretty good restaurants right outside the door

The hotel was nice, friendly staff and clean rooms. The pool was smaller and more shallow than we realized. Could barely even do laps! Other than that, everything was great.

No pool access, the hotel is trash for the cost

I would not stay here again. I couldn’t use the pool. Front staff was not kind. Continental breakfast was abysmal. Incredibly overpriced for what was delivered with this hotel.

POOL REQUIRES RESERVATION, rude staff

Self check in didn’t work. Pool requires a reservation which was booked for the day by the time we arrived. We had been told my the staff days prior we could reserve a spot if we called the morning of our check in. We were denied when we attempted by a very rude reception employee who called herself Rachel. Breakfast didn’t open until 7 so we weren’t able to utilize either of the amenities we specifically booked at this location for. 0/10 don’t recommend. Will not stay here in the future. Photos are of stains/broken areas of the hotel and room we were provided.

There was black mold in the shower and no towels upon arrival. There was a foul odor in the hallway next to the elevator. The bed sheets were discoloured and one of the pillow cases was visibly soiled. I will never stay in this hotel again!

Overall it was a comfortable room, I was satisfied with the amenities, but the walls were thin. I could hear everything going on in my neighbor’s rooms. One guest was extremely loud at 1:30am.

The property was located near most of the sites. The room was clean. The staff was helpful when we extended our stay. The only problem was the limited selection of meals in the hotel. But there are enough restaurants within walking distance . Very friendly staff present. Would recommend this hotel .

The pool was disappointing! It was extremely cold and dirty! During winter the indoor pool should be heated, there was also body oil and dirt film present in the water, a large amount!
