On the outside property looked pretty decent… When I went to check in the staff was very standoffish like I was interrupting her or something. They did not advise us that some of the rooms were being remodeled and the room they put us in had bed bugs… when I called the front desk to inform them they took forever to come up to the point my fiancé had to go down and physically get the manager. They did accommodate us and put us in another room after we inspected it but we were already uncomfortable and had a hard time falling asleep to the point the next morning we checked out early.

We had a really bad inconvenience with the stay and nobody could get any sleep Friday night and us was the most affected by the incident since our room was in front of the room in question and the management team shows no concerns about it and also the breakfast menu need some variety and more options not the same thing over and over

Gets the job done
The front desk had computer issues checking us in, so it took longer than expected. But service was friendly. The hotel was undergoing renovations but we weren’t impacted. The carpet in the room was stained, and peeling up in a few places. And there were spider webs in the corners. All in all, the room served its purpose. And was a good place to crash after a show. Bonus points it’s pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog.

this should be non smoking But it isnt My room was near the stairs where someone was smoking blunts and vaping the lady that answered the phone said if i didn't have a room number she couldn't do anything . being highly sensitive to smoke i wont be back .
