A little shabby around the edges
Facility was a little dated and shabby around the edges. Light came through worn spots in the curtains. Bathroom sink had a crack through the middle of it. Entrances to the hotel showed holes above the door where the branding had been changed. Seemed like the property had former glory days. I liked the glass elevator rising through the lobby to provide an outside view.

Amazing Customer Service
Customer service was AMAZING!!! The best I have received in a long time. I usually take my bags to the room but the bell hops were all amazing making sure I had assistance getting bags to my room. Front desk, Rose was a sweetheart made sure I had extra towel and wash clothes brought to my room and she was just overall pleasant to speak with! Amazing job Hyatt….if I’m ever in Baltimore I know where I’m staying

I was very disappointed in the false advertisement that is being put on the internet for this hotel the pics that are placed on google are totally different from where you are actually staying my room had stains all over my sheet and blanket stains on the ceiling of the room like mold it was freezing in there like the a/c was stuck on the iron didn’t work I called numerous of times for a iron was told someone was bringing it up no one never came, also the people in the room next to me had kids there they where up playing loud all night and morning toilet seat and sink dirty I was very disappointed and need to be accommodated for this issue please and thanks!
