The staff were excellent!! We were there for a basketball tournament and they were very patient with all the kids in and out the hotel. The bar options are great. Only downside I would have is that the rooms didn’t have microwaves inside and the restaurant didn’t have many kid friendly items.

The staff were really nice and helped me with check-in and maneuvering the city. The doorman gave an extra level of comfort. They were also super helpful when my Uber didn’t show up and offered to help me out. It was a great place to stay and I will definitely go back
