I really like this hotel. Stay at it every time I’m in Baltimore. Staff is friendly and helpful. This time there was not much hot water.

Went to check inn , i had to wait 5 min for someone to come check me in . The lobby was completely empty. Than asked for late check out was told the hotel was booked so they could not help me than went I went to room the room was dirty and fridge still items from previous guest. Complain to front desk about situation and was told she could change my room but I was just told upon check in that it could not be done due to it being sold out. So I’ve been lied to and on top of the the overnight workers are lazy never again
