The property itself was clean and convenient to the BWI airport. Unfortunately the one and only elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage up 5 flights of stairs.

Elevator was not working, no offer to help with bags. Had to contact Expedia for help to get some type of credit. They wanted to put me on the 3rd floor but I asked to have a 1st floor or at least a 2nd floor. They did move me to a 2nd floor room but still, nobody to help with bags and no offer of a credit. More and more of these Wyndam properties are like this...no thanks.

The elevators were nonfunctional during my visit, so this made it very difficult for me having to walk up flights of stairs to get to my room when I have cancer, and my endurance is extremely poor. I was extremely short of breath upon reaching my room.

First, they don’t advertise that the elevator doesn’t work. Our room was on the 4th floor. There was a lamp, but no chair in the room. The room was affordable, guess we got what we paid for.

My first room, I was unable to get into it because it was locked from the inside with the deadbolt. After transferring to a different room, the showerhead had a leak and I was very surprised. I was unable to have a quality bathing experience.
