Great stay but the bathroom tissue brand in rough like sandpaper grit 100. I would recommend CHARMIN Ultra Soft. then it would be all perfect scores all around.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. People at the desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the ladies who were in charge of it were great. The coffee machine in the lobby made some of the best hot chocolate we have tasted! The only problem was that for 2 of our 4 nights, we had to go to the front desk to get another set of towels, because the housekeeper was leaving us only one set, in spite of us leaving 2 sets a day dirty, plus a pretty decent daily tip.

Someone in best Western national needs to clarify with certain hotels whether they are dog friendly or not. We use a dog friendly website and we’re told that this was a dog, friendly hotel and when arrived, we quite clearly told that we could not have a dog with us. We then had to find other accommodation and did not stay so I cannot answer any of the questions on how nice or bad to stay was. It was just a very negative feeling about the whole thing because we were told it was dog friendly had a dog and when were told we could not have a dog so we did not stay

This property is filthy, it’s an awful area, the staff are unhelpful. There’s vagrants just lingering everywhere in the parking lot and surrounding areas. Completely trash motel.
