Very pleasant experience. Very clean and modern. Friendly staff. Only minor complaint was unless I couldn't find it, it appears tv is strictly streaming and no traditional tv option.

Love the very nice large new room, lobby & surroundings. The property does not seem to be positive whether it's a hotel, a long-term stay place, or an Airbnb. For example, there are no cups in the bathroom like you would find in a hotel. But having a kitchen & washer-dryer is great. Need directions for TVs. Not intuitive to use. Showers could use handholds.

Really great! Staff were super nice and helpful. The property was super clean and it was a very comfortable stay. The location was good, it was relatively easy to access downtown via public transit or ride share.

Night shift staff leaves much to be desired

The check in process left much to be desired. The clerk was rude and dismissive. She was listening to some type of device on full blast sitting at the front desk- it was 11pm when we checked in. Facility it self was great.

Staff was great. Directly accross the street from Under Armor. Dinning options are currently limited within walking distance, but many coming soon signs for restaurants so will be better options as construction is completed. You can hear people walking in units next to/ above however it is mostly quiet after 10 PM.
