Lobby clerk was incredibly helpful. The room was basically clean and safe with the exception of the tub. It was old and permanently stained black in spots due to over use. It needs to be replaced.

It was terrible after 8 hour drive to this hotel I thought I could get a nice sleep, but nope I get room for me and the kids and both room were dirty. They didn’t change the sheets or pillow. I ask to get a new sheets and pillow to the front desk, but he said the cleaners have everything, so I couldn’t get new sheets.he said to sleep in the dirty bed and in the morning he will bring be new sheets. This was unacceptable so I told him to cancel the room and I looked for another hotel. Now they trying to charge me one day even though I didn’t last 2 minutes on the dirty room.

No place for a family

This place is 1 sneeze away from being condemned (if its not, then it should be). Its very outdated, filthy, moldy, funky and no place for a family. After observing the area its located, i understand why its kept in that condition, but i believe it should still be presented with a certain standard of care. I do, however, appreciated the friendliness and professionalism displayed from the lady at the front desk. *im having trouble unloading the pictures as proof*

It was absolutely disgusting. Walked in after check in and immediately walked right out. Apparently when I booked it, it said non-refundable, don’t remember seeing it, so didn’t get my refund. Don’t recommend booking though. Awful. Cigarette holes in covers, bad smells, other rooms are ajar and just overall, gross.

Its totally unhygienic, would never recomend to anyone. Smells like utine and weed all over the hotel, entrance strairways have garbage lying over, bed sheets were stained, beed room smells horrible one cannot even breath. Broken showers, missing toiletries.

Deplorable hotel

This property is the worst hotel of my life. The room smelled strongly of marijuana. Holes in the sheets, rusty water dripping from the ceiling, NO SMOKE DETECTOR, stained towels. This is an unsafe hotel. My review of hotels.com will depend on resolution of my refund as I left the hotel before the end of one night due to conditions. The front desk said they could not cancel my reservation because it was made through you. I have been attempting to resolve the issue via email.

Zero stars!!!

We requested a refund, didnt even stay. Windows were busted out, dirtest hotel ever, rooms were nasty and smelled like cigarettes!! Did NOT feel safe here, hotel needs to be condemed !

This place needs to be shut down immediately from the start the main reason I booked this place was for the pool because my daughter love water and we were here for her birthday. The pool looked like it hasn’t been open in years and wasn’t the worse part of this roach motel. All the rooms that I saw were disgusting roaches, blood stained sheets, pillows, beds rag, and furniture. The stairwell smelled of urine and feces. One of the suites the window was shot out. And there was blood in the sheets. One of the rooms and poop on the toilet. When I confronted the front desk about my findings she almost look believably shocked. However caught an attitude with me like it was my fault the property looks like that. Don’t let the price and it pool suck you in hall ass in the other direction away from this place.

Very unsafe!! Cars on jacks without tires and wheels. Didn’t look well kept. Curtains torn. We kept driving and didn’t feel safe enough to leave our car there overnight. A big rip off for 100.00 a night.
