Never stay at the Red Roof.
My experience was horrible the room was freezing, roaches crawling up the wall, i have pictures, the bed spread was dirty. I didnt sleep thru the night only to leave for work the next day and never returned. I was suppose to have a 2 night stay. I asked for a refund and was told to call the booking agency who i paid, when i called them which is hotel.com never use them. I was told i had to send them 62.89 and they will look into why i was asking for a refund, i told the man the place has roaches, its cold and dirty. I told the rude man i was talking to i will not send you a dam dime for you to refund the money for the day i didnt stay. I hung up the phone i was so disgusted with the Red Roof in lutherville, md never stay there i guarantee you will be 💯 % disappointed.

There was not any appliances: mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer. I need to keep my diabetes medicine refrigerated this became a problem. My fault not realizing that but it will make so I consider other option next time. The bedding didn't match, my bed had 2 sheets a comforter, the other bed only had a sheet and a blanket. The rate was really really good so we got what we paid for. The front desk was very nice, but housekeeping was always blocking the elevator with laundry.

Live roaches in first two rooms offered. Check in person said she would give a refund, but on the third try, the room was roach-free. Stay was satisfactory (purchased bug spray to use around the entire floor base) for 3 nights.

It was not only people walking around being loud all night but it looked nothing like the pictures presented on the site. The room smelled of smoke and looked just as bad on the inside. Ive had yet to get my refund and I didnt even end up staying due to the very strong odor and lack of feeling safe

Worst motel ever!
This place should not be advertised as a place for travelers needing a nice safe place to stay. It looks like misplaced people stay Ie homeless, sex workers, people involved in illegal activities and so on. There was overflowing trash bins outside. The room that was reserved for me had no curtains or they were torn did not cover the windows. I left immediately! Afraid to get out of my car! The worst!
