The hotel room and grounds were clean. However, the noise level at night was unacceptable. There were people hanging out in the parking lot until 2 AM, being loud. in addition, cars kept pulling into the lot blasting loud music until past that time.
Booked a smoke free room due to young children and received a room that smelled like smoke throughout the stay. The air conditioner leaked and left a puddle of water all over the floor. The room was dusty and dirty towels was underneath the beds.
Been staying at this property since beginning of May. But on 24th May, front desk lady decided to cancel my reservation and without my permission, moved my things out of my room. I left the property around noon that day to visit family and informed her that I'll be back 3pm. She said, "I don't care!"
When I returned, the door to my room was fully open most of my things were moved but about 5 items remained in the room. When I inventoried my property, I was missing my handgun and gold jewelry. I called 911 to report the missing handgun and the other property theft.
They're under investigation by CPL Latta of Anne Arundel County Police. They will be interviewed by detectives this week.

What I liked: it had checkin service after midnight. The vending and ice mechines were stocked. What I didnt like: the attendent made entire experience a 3. I had to return to the front desk 4 times because the key given was to a room already occuiped. The rudness of the attendent was out of this world for a mistake I had nothing to do with. Instead of being apologetic she threw the key at me thru the window. Beside that the room was okay, clean and it had towels.
