Our room was newly renovated. New flooring was great because it wasn't carpet. - However, the floor felt and sounded like it had something gritty all over it like perhaps it had not been cleaned. - More than 2 bath towels would always be appreciated. - Parking lot could be cleaned up - looked like people just threw stuff out of their vehicle there and left it. - including multiple seats from an SUV.

I did not like the check-in experience. Clerk was hard to see in his booth and hard to understand. Elevator was not working. My room was 2 flights up, had to take the stairs after a long day.
