The food I did eat at the hotel was from the cafe and it was amazing. The only thing that troubled me was all the ice machines were not working and it was never disclosed of. There was an African Wedding and the people looked so beautiful. I enjoyed my stay. I was there for a crabfest. I’ll be back next year.

Had an issue with the toilet not flushing. I went to call down and phone didnt work. I did let the front desk know, they stated they will fix it. We left for the the evening came back at 1030 that night and saw the the toliet was cleaning so assumed it was fixed. However still the same issue. Went down to the front desk and explained what happened Manager and staff went way above and beyond gave us a new room and free breakfast. It was just frustrating and inconvenient on a long day of travel and busy during the day

When I arrived the hotel looked really nice. But our room was not up to our standards.smelled like urine! Not clean, plugs were Broke couldn’t charge our phones. Bed was very squeaky every-time we moved. The tv had white spots all over it *broke. The shower didn’t have any soap in the containers. Highly disappointed! If u could get a refund I would!

Great staff, decent property

The staff is always superb. Our room this time was not nearly as nice or clean as our first stay. The view from the room was good (of Inner Harbor) and it is center of Inner Harbor. About a 15 minute walk to Camden and Pickles Pub. The pool was severely lacking chairs and the hot tub was still closed three years later. We love the property but this stay wasn’t as great as our first one.
