We booked a wheelchair accessible room. The door was around back, very narrow for a wheelchair or walker. There was an elevator but the room was the furthest away. No carts for luggage. Couch too low, Dining table wobbled. No space to get a wheelchair or walker around the beed. The bathroom was the only accessible thing in the room. You had to go to the clubhouse for breakfast. HC person would have to drive around the hotel to eat. Will not come back.

Pros: I loved the parking. There was plenty. I liked how doors had letters on them. The guy told me go around back to door A and our room would be on F3. It was super easy. The property is peaceful. The room was clean. I liked the setup of the room but I wouldve put the doors the other way. They do have drinks (adult), snacks, etc., downstairs for people who want them. Cons: The wifi was not it and I couldn't set up my hotspot. Even the Netflix account you can sign in to from the TV in the room kept going out saying internet lost. I tried to plug my Amazon stick in and because of their box and TV, there arent enough plugs. I brought one of the side tables from near the couch to be able to plug everything in but the color contrast was blue. You cannot change settings on the TV which makes it hard to do anything with the remote, volume, color, hotspot, etc. It was a long annoying process. Another thing that kind of irritated me was, they sent me a few emails asking if i wanted upgrade my stay. I chose to upgrade my room and check out at 4 pm for $32. They also say to mention it when you get there. I mentioned it and was told nothing is in the computer and I could only do late checkout til 3 pm for $36. So I asked for that over a week before my stay and it was never put in the system and i had to pay $4 more for an hour less. If you offer it, please make sure that is actually an option. I would definitely stay here again. I liked everything except the tv/wifi situation.

Not impressed and will not be returning. We're a regular Embassy Suites visitor but decided to try something different this trip. The room was on the third floor- no elevator. The TV tilted on it's base and the drawer in the cabinet it sat on kept opening. We guessed the entire building was sloped. Breakfast was just OK. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful.
