Confusion over parking my car
Stayed only overnight on New Year's Eve. This morning while leaving found a ticket under the wipers. It was for not registering the car for parking The clerk at the time of registration never asked car info for registration so it was strange to find the ticket While checking out a different clerk on the morning shift said it is just a notice and just throw the ticket away although the ticket had a QR code to make payment. She told me not to worry since I was checking out She agreed the the clerk at the check in should have recorded our car info and registered it I do not want to get a surprise parking bill. Great Stay, a little billing error
Clean, comfortable and perfect for a short term or long term stay. Very reasonable and friendly staff. My only issue was being charged twice one by hotels.com and again my Marriott. The issue is still not resolved. I think it was user era because I was asked to swipe my card several times. I have reached out to corporate at Marriott and trust it will be resolved. The stay was great and I would stay again for business or baltimore needs.

The property is okay. I got the two bedroom suite for two nights and upon entering one of the bedrooms there was just an overwhelming smell of pee. So I went to the front desk and they sent someone to clean it right away. They also changed out the shower curtain. But then when testing the tv’s the living room tv just did not work at all. So I had to call the front desk again and they sent maintenance (who were super nice!) and they fixed it along with providing a new remote since the first one was not working. I hadn’t realized until night time but in one of the bedrooms, the internet was not working on the television. Which sucks because they do offer streaming services, so I could only watch cable. But that was not terrible. Lastly, the two beds were NOT anywhere near the same. One of them was pretty standard but the other one was a rock and honestly felt like a box spring. While I did have those problems, the overall stay was good. The common areas and halls are clean and quiet. The staff are extremely nice (shout out to Eric at the front desk that dealt with all the problems swiftly) and the room itself is nice if it did not have those few problems. I probably would stay here again
