We had asked for extra pillows and they had none and gave me a blanket to roll up and use the first night. The next night I asked for some again and the person at the desk I already had enough in my room and they had no more to give out. There was mold in our bathroom. My daughter’s room service was bad, she had stained pillow cases and put them on the floor to be changed and the same ones were put back on the bed.

My bathroom smelled like cigarettes every time someone would smoke outside (often). I let the front desk know and that was the end of it. No apology no sympathy. I guess this is normal and he was tired of hearing about it. The carpet was soaked leading up to the elevator. I almost slipped a few times.

The staff was excellent! However the room condition was very poor. There were stains on the floor, damaged vent grates on the air conditioner, mismatched paint on walls due to damage repairs, dry wall protruding from around the bathtub which revealed behind the wall, mildew in the bathroom where counter meets the backsplash, and overall feel of disrepair. Again, the front desk staff was excellent - friendly, engaging, and diligent. If room was repaired, this would have been a pleasant stay.

We entered the assigned room and after we used the bathroom we noticed mold in several areas on the ceiling and walll. The receptionist agreed to change the room only after I insisted that we can not stay in a room w mold and told him I’ll call Expedia to get reimbursed . Nothing to do around the hotel pretty abandoned area . Parking lot and hallway on the first floor where we were moved strongly smelled like marijuana . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone . I would have uploaded pictures of the walls w mold but this review does not give me that option .

Don’t waste your time
It’s needs so much updating. Our toilet seat had a hug crack in it so every time you sat in it it pinched you. The curtains were dirty. The tub was very old and worn. The carpet was not clean at all. The drawer in the room kept opening it would never stay closed. The fridge was cold but the freezer part was not really a freezer. The AC was literally falling off the wall. The room had a weird smell. The shower you can tell they are caulking over mildew. Definitely will never stay again. The bed was decent as far as comfortable but the pillows are tiny. No signage for housekeeping not to enter just had to tell them every morning. I asked for clean sheets because we had been there for days and I missed housekeeping and they told me no I even said I would make my own bed. The mattress was dirty and stained underneath the sheets. Some staff were very friendly. Just overall not a good experience.
