Overall the room was nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable. My TV didn’t have a signal and wouldn’t show channels. They fixed it towards the end of my stay. My biggest issue with the hotel was the area back behind the property. It was scary to say the least. Looked like there could have been drug deals and prostitution going on. Was scared to have my rental car valeted and put in the parking garage.

I had a pretty good stay overall. The location was a bit wild definitely not what I expected when I first pulled up—but once inside, the hotel was surprisingly nice. The interior was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy feel. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were solid for the price. Honestly, the contrast between the outside and inside was night and day. If you can get past the surroundings, it’s a great spot to stay. Would definitely consider coming back.

I booked online and paid in advance. When I drove by, I was immediately put off by the surrounding area. There were a lot of vagrants and trash in the streets. I was honestly scared to park my car in the garage and walk across the street. I called the hotel and spoke to a lady that made me feel more comfortable. She assured me the property was secure and I eventually checked in. LET ME SAY…..NO REGRETS. From the lobby’s first impression, I was smitten. This location is beautiful and clean and everything was perfect. Definitely recommend

It was an amazing hotel!! The Valet parking service was excellent because the hotel is located in the downtown area! Was not sure where the park to get into the hotel!! Overall, our stay here was good. The gentleman working the valet parking was amazing. Our truck was too big for the parking garage but he was able to help us out but using a valet spot right in from of the hotel. The front desk staff at check in were very friendly. Be aware of the water they offer in the lobby though, it tastes like it has bleach in it. The room was a good size and very clean but the handle on the toilet was hanging off so you had to push it back in to flush. The breakfast in the morning was ok, very basic. Be mindful that it is located in a rougher neighborhood, but we had no issues. Overall, I was pleased with the stay and the staff were awesome.

This hotel is 3 blocks from convention center but walking to the location seems unsafe, weed smoking everywhere, breakfast is very basic and we had to wait 45 minutes in line to get couple of slices of bread. It was fully booked due to a conference but they didn’t get ready for breakfast for that many people
