Low quality hotel, preferably if called motel. Most of the items don’t work, yellow walls. Grandma’s gen hotel with today’s $$ Expedia even charged extra for breakfast which is always incl for all room types at hotel

Did not understand why pool and jacuzzi was out of service was not able to get a refund to got to another property and that was the only reason I booked the hotel not accommodating at all especially around holiday season whole weekend with my children ruined over this inconvenience

Our family was heading to Orlando from chicago and had a layover in Baltimore. Once we got to Baltimore we found out our flight had been rebooked for the next day at 9pm. Scrabbling to find a hotel for the night, we stumbled across this hotel. The check in attendant was more than accommodating. The bed wasn’t ideal, but it did what it needed to do for the night.
