Friendly staff, the only issue is the room wascreserved in my name but my daughter was paying with her credit card and it was refused because ithe card wasnt in my name. So, we had to acramble to move money into my accounts to pay for the room. Very inconvenient

Other guest were very loud. No sound barrier. Also, the next morning when I woke up, I noticed what looked to be either dried blood stains or something on the middle cover. Other than that, it was a nice stay and I would consider staying there again.

Since the hotel is so close to a restaurant/bar, Security Blvd and I-695, it wasn't very quiet. But, it was a nice value for the $. Included breakfast was "continental" - muffins, breakfast bars, and coffee/tea.

Very disappointed

I had a very rude and unprofessional Staff member check me in. When i asked to have a number for her Supervisor she only provided me with the hotels number. I'm not sure why this Young lady didn't have a name tag on to help identify who she is, when I asked for her name she stated it was Kiona. I had know way of verifying if she provided me with her real name.
