Checking in and out was very easy and quick and the room seemed to have been updated more recently than I was expecting. The only complaint is that the shower curtain rod fixtures were installed upside down so the curtain couldn't stay all the way open while showering. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay at a reasonable price.

The rooms labeled as smoke free, we signed the agreement not to smoke. However, when we walked in to the rooms, both rooms were full of smoke and stuffed. We had to refresh ourselves. There is a sign in the room which stated that "if smoke occurs during your stay, a $250 cleaning fee will be billed.." But, i wonder if they actually clean the rooms. The floor is dirty. Hotel rooms usualy place trave size toothpaste, bottle of water... , I don't see nothing. We checked in late and had to leave early so we didn't request rooms swap. We were not happy about room conditions.

I was so incredibly grateful for this experience and super impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It was obviously not brand new or freshly renovated and I didn’t expect that but the cleanliness was incredible, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room overall was just unexpectedly wonderful.

The room was adequate but the other guests blared rap music with cussing all night long. People outside were loud and cussing. You felt like you were in the ghetto about to get shot. I was concerned my car would be damaged or stolen. I was supposed to stay two nights but left after one night and forget one minute of sleep. It was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to in my life! I will never use this service again and paid almost $200 for a couple of showers. The place is not suitable for families or children. You need to warn people and you basically stole money from me. I
