The hotel is beautiful and clean! My Suite had a kitchenette, pull-out sofa, King bed and balcony. The TV had many channels and streaming services to log-into. The bathroom had double sinks, a large shower with a bench and toilet in a separate room. Would definitely stay again!

Yes! To everything. We arrived early. So as not to end up in a room without a roll in shower. Which we requested. They told us to wait. And we did and ended up in a cramped room with a slippery tub. That my husband almost slipped and fell in. Thank goodness it wasn’t me. Or I probably would have fell. Anyway. The staff acted as though they were going to take care of us. But they didn’t care for our requested needs. And gave us what seemed to be the last available room possible. I have pictures. If that helps.

I had breakfast with my MASA conference. The only meat option was bacon (not sure if it was requested that way or if it was the hotel's choice). Many of my colleagues did not consume pork. The room was clean but had the smell of cigarettes when walking in. The shower handle seemed stripped. (A courteous, tall gentleman came and fixed it expeditiously). As i went to turn the bed down there was a stink bug on my pillow... :( Other than that my stay was pleasant.
