Got there and clerk at front desk announced to the whole lobby they were over booked even if you have reservation no room but she’ll see if she can get us us rooms. Lucky us we got a room. The hallways stink. I slept on top of covers couldn’t get comfortable.

I checked the room prior to checking in only to find a bunch of kisses chocolate wrappers, an empty ziploc bag under the bed and a wrapped up bundle of hair behind the trash can in the bathroom; but yet the bed was made. Were the linens fresh, only God may know.

2 things about this place bothered me the shower didnt work you could only take a bath i didnt feel like switching rooms so i just got some cleaning supplies and took a bath but the other thing is it has a kitchen but comes with no plates cups utensils or cookware ive never been to a place that had a kitchen that didnt even at least provide a plate and utensils. But!!! the staff!!!! 10/10!!!! Amazing from the front desk to the housekeepers very friendly and very helpful

The room I stayed in had a faulty light in the bathroom. It kept flickering. You could tell that it had been an issue and no one changed the bulb. Also there was only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth on my room. Was okay for the night but elected to go elsewhere for the remainder of my stay.

The staff were awesome but the hotel itself was a mess, the elevator didn’t work so we had to go climb flights of stairs the whole weekend. The hallways smelled like animal urine & I let the front desk know but nothing was done. The hot water in the shower didn’t work we had to take cold showers. The side doors of the hotel were always propped open with rocks so anyone could walk in without a room key.
