Automated check-in did not work properly, we had to call hotel's helpline. The operator was very friendly and helpful and the issue was quickly resolved. The apartment as such was perfect.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and very close to the Munch Museum and waterfront. Our room was very comfortable. The roof top bar was very good and had incredible views across the Fjord. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had - an incredible choice, and the restaurant is lovely. Would highly recommend.

Jättebra, inte minst kommunikationen till Oslo. Det var dock väldigt varmt pga lite dålig solgardin, och badrumsvärmen stod på fullt, då termostaten hade ramlat av. Bäddsoffan var sådär pga att man slog i stålställningen. Annars toppen i allt. Pelle, Linköping.
