A dump with horrible service

The place is a dump. Service non-existent. Room wasn't ready. We left and didn't stay the place was s bad. Go to the Hermes Hotel 50 meters up the road. Far superior.

No elevator, but other thing is almost perfect

It was a good experience, nice people around the hotel, very polite. WiFi is pretty good. Only the stairs is a little annoying. Overall, it was lovely.

Hotel and environment are good

This hotel is very good and has a cafe at groundfloor. Their room and bathroom also clean but need to fix the water heater because the water on hot position just like same condition with cold water

Hadrah Hotel

The staff is great and friendly nice new building with coffee shop and restaurant on the first floor rooms by front a little noisy due to traffic. No internet connection in my room was the ONLY disadvantage but they might have it by the time you get here

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, dadurch kein LĂ€rm durch Straße und Muezzin, also gar nicht schlimm. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Obwohl das Zimmer klein ist, gibt es Ablagemöglichkeiten. Im Badezimmer gibt es kein Waschbecken und keine Duschabtrennung, sodass man immer mit nassen FĂŒĂŸen vom WC kommt.

Point positif : les gĂ©rants et le personnel de l’hĂŽtel sont trĂšs sympathiques et serviables. Pour le reste : l’hĂŽtel est loin du centre-ville et des lieux touristiques. Vous devrez prendre un taxi pour les visites. L’hĂŽtel paraĂźt rĂ©cent, il a certainement Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© il n’y a pas trĂšs longtemps mais des traces d’humiditĂ© apparaissent dĂ©jĂ  sur les portes et les murs. D’ailleurs, notre chambre sentait l’humiditĂ© et les eaux usĂ©s... Le mĂ©nage avait Ă©tĂ© fait Ă  la va-vite et il restait des cheveux des clients prĂ©cĂ©dents sur le sol de la chambre. Notre chambre, la 210, donnait sur une rue particuliĂšrement passante de Banda Aceh et le bruit de la circulation Ă©tait prĂ©sent toute la nuit avec une pause entre 1 heure et 3 heures du matin... D’ailleurs, lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s dans la chambre, nous avons remarquĂ© que la fenĂȘtre ne fermait pas complĂštement et l’un des gĂ©rants est venu la rĂ©parer. Enfin, le petit dĂ©jeuner se compose de riz Ă©picĂ©, d’un morceau de poulet, une ou deux tranches de concombre ou de tomate et d’un sirop de thĂ© chauffĂ©... En bref, pour le prix de l’hĂŽtel, le rapport qualitĂ© / prix me semble loin d’ĂȘtre Ă©vident.
