Strategic location ! Staffs are friendly :)

Cannot expect so must with the lower cost hotel. The room was clean and the staffs are helpful, walking distance to eating and shopping areas. It is next to the police center. As this is an old hotel, when someone is talking, you can hear them. Take note: A deposit of RM100 is needed. Tourism Tax applies to foreigner, tax rate is RM10 per room per night, collected by accommodation operators.

Night can get quite noisy

Very dated hotel, needs new upgrades on everything. Very close to everything, most amenities are mostly broken anyways.

The wifi was weak. At one pointnin the night which is when we needed the wifi most, the connection was down. The hairdryer only works for a minute and have to wait another 10 mins to use for another minute. Takes forever to dry hair. The hotel has not been renovated since taken over by Hako from Bello. Pillow had a smell and way to soft to sleep on. The bed not comfortable at all. And after telling the staff about the hairdryer, nothing was done. Towel had stains.

Check in is a process. Be sure to request the instructions early instead of having to wait at the guards post. Room was great, shower head was loose and the pool only gets sun in the morning until noon during August.
