Poor condition and dirty

First of all, it was little difficult to figured out about check in, we had to wait for someone to check us in. Then we had to move to different tower due to the room we supposed to stay had some problems. We also couldn’t use the stove. The person checked us in, said “it doesn’t work” Not sure why the pictures showing that this room came with the stove if we couldn’t use it? Condition of the apartment is very poor, one of the door on the cabinet fell when we opened it and bathroom is dirty. I hope the owner of this property do something about it.
